MBU – kaip tai veikia

MBU is an E-solution for people with intellectual disabilities (PWD).
MBU (My Budget)  is designed for people with intellectual disabilities to purchase orders at business locations and avoid the following disability difficulties:
– difficulty in understanding the value of money.
– difficulty using spoken language

– difficulty contacting a stranger (autism spectrum disorder)

 There are two BMU profiles:
Person’s (PWD) profile
Business profile
HOW TO USE MBU?
After installing the MBU on the user’s device, the user must click the settings button in the initial window.
The first time you open this settings window, the application will ask you to create a password, write down the password, and do not forget it, it will be asked the next time you try to open the settings window.

In the settings window, enter the username and the amount of money allocated to it. The user cannot change the remaining budget without the password, so this is a task for the disabled person’s assistant.

Now PWD will already be assured that out in the city he/she will not exceed his / her available budget.
In the next stages, the assistant of the person with a disability is no longer present, thus ensuring the person’s independence and dignity.
 When PWD arrives at a business inn that supports the My Budget app, the user must scan the QR code at the inn. The location of the code depends on the individual inn, but must be well located.
After scanning the QR code, the user sees a menu of products in the application, which they are free to choose from without being afraid to exceed the budget.
It is not possible to place an order in the application that exceeds the remaining amount of money in the budget.
After selecting the goods, PWD clicks on „Invite Seller“ and an employee at the store receives an SMS with the order information. The employee delivers the order, takes the money, and delivers the invoice.
HOW TO USE MBU FOR BUSINESS?
When the application is open, click the button at the top left. If you haven’t registered yet, enter your email. email, password, click register.
In the Business Profile window, be sure to enter tel. No. to which orders will be sent via SMS. Add products.
When you click the button in the top right of the profile window, you will see the QR code of the shop, which you should print and place in an easily visible place at the inn entrance so that the user can notice and scan it to see the inn menu.
